It also describes the choices available to you regarding our use of your Personal Information and how you can access and update it. 

This Policy is a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you” or “your”) and Gomakto.com (doing business as “Gomakto”, “we”, “us” or “our”). If you are entering into this Policy on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to this Policy, in which case the terms “User”, “you” or “your” shall refer to such entity. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree with the terms of this Policy, you must not accept this Policy and may not access and use the Services. By accessing and using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy. This Policy does not apply to the practices of companies that we do not own or control, or to individuals that we do not employ or manage.

Automatic collection of information

When you access the Website or use the Mobile Application, our servers automatically log certain information that your browser or device transmits. This data may include details such as your device’s IP address and location, browser and device type and version, operating system type and version, language settings, the webpage you visited before accessing the Services, the pages you view within the Services, the time spent on those pages, search queries made on the Services, as well as access dates, times, and other related statistics.  

This automatically collected information is used solely for the purposes of detecting potential misuse and generating statistical insights regarding the usage and traffic patterns of the Services. These statistics are not aggregated or analyzed in a manner that would personally identify any specific User.

Collection of personal information

You may access and use the Services without disclosing your identity or providing any information that could personally identify you. However, in order to use certain features of the Services, you may be required to provide specific Personal Information (for example, your name and email address).

Use and processing of collected information

We may act as both a data controller and a data processor with respect to Personal Information, depending on the specific circumstances of data collection and processing. In general, we act as a data controller when we determine the purposes and means of processing your Personal Information. However, where we process Personal Information on behalf of a third party under the terms of a data processing agreement, that third party will be the data controller and we will act as the data processor.  

Our role may vary depending on the circumstances involving Personal Information. We act as a data controller when we request that you provide Personal Information necessary to enable your access to and use of the Services. In these situations, we determine the purposes and means of processing your Personal Information, and therefore operate in the capacity of a data controller.  

We at Gomakto act in the capacity of a data processor in situations when you submit Personal Information through the Services. We do not own, control, or make decisions about the submitted Personal Information, and such Personal Information is processed only in accordance with your instructions. In such instances, the User providing Personal Information acts as a data controller.  

To provide the Services to you or to comply with legal obligations, we may need to collect and use certain Personal Information. If you choose not to provide the requested information, we may be unable to deliver the products or services you seek. The information we collect from you may be used for the following purposes:

• Create and manage user accounts
• Deliver requested products or services
• Send updates about products and services
• Respond to inquiries and provide customer support
• Collect and review user feedback
• Improve overall user experience
• Publish customer testimonials
• Operate and maintain the Services

As a marketplace, any package booking enquiry you submit will be automatically forwarded to the travel agency serving as the designated service provider or fulfillment partner for the respective package. The only Personal Information shared by the marketplace in this process is limited to your Name, Email, and Phone Number. Please note that all documentation and processes related to travel requirements, such as nationality, residence, and payments, will be handled directly with the designated travel agency or tour operator. Their respective data security and privacy policies will apply.
